SECTION 1 — ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to prepare and ship all orders within:

Up to 3 weeks for all items

If delays beyond this window occur, we will notify you.

 

SECTION 2 — SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within:

Canada (all provinces and territories)

We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

SECTION 3 — SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier used. Typical estimates:

Canadian orders: 3–10 business days

Local BC deliveries: Often faster (2–5 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

 

SECTION 4 — SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight

Shipping destination

Selected shipping method

Free Shipping:

Orders of $70 or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping within Canada.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective (see Refund Policy).

 

SECTION 5 — LOCAL DELIVERY

5.1 Port Alberni Local Delivery (Free)

We offer free local delivery within Port Alberni, BC.
Delivery will be made either as:

You will be notified when your order is scheduled for delivery.

 

5.2 Vancouver Island Delivery (Available for a Fee)

Delivery to the following Vancouver Island areas may be arranged for an additional fee:

  • Parksville

  • Qualicum Beach

  • Errington

  • Nanoose Bay

  • Nanaimo

Please contact us to arrange delivery rates and scheduling for these locations or locations in proximity to these.

5.3 Other Delivery Options

If you are located elsewhere on Vancouver Island or require special delivery arrangements, please reach out — we may be able to accommodate alternative options.

 

SECTION 6 — ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number may be provided depending on the shipping option selected.

Some lower-cost shipping methods may not include tracking.

 

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Carrier backlogs

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Holiday or seasonal demand

 

SECTION 8 — WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

SECTION 9 — LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGESIf a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located:

Contact the carrier first

Then contact us if further assistance is needed

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered.
