Greenstone Wellness Co. sells 100% grass-fed beef tallow skincare, hair care, and candle products.These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You may use our website without creating an account. Our products are intended for general consumer use. While there is no strict age restriction, we recommend that users under the age of 18 make purchases with the supervision or consent of a parent or guardian.By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your region.

3. Products & Purchases

We offer natural tallow-based products including skincare, hair care, and candles. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept:

Major credit/debit cards

Cash (for in-person transactions, if applicable)

3.2 Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Greenstone Wellness Co. offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all skin, and hair care products (does not include candles).

Satisfaction Guarantee (30 Days)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Returned items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense

  • Items must be returned with any original packaging (if applicable)

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will either:

    • Issue a refund of the product price, or

    • Send a replacement product of equal value
      (Customer pays shipping for the replacement)

We do not refund shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products (15 Days)

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To process a damaged/defective product claim, we require:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the damage or defect

Approved claims will receive either a free replacement or a full refund.
We cover shipping costs for defective or damaged product replacements.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Allergic reactions to our products

  • Products returned after the 30-day satisfaction period

  • Products that arrive used, heavily altered, or without required return materials

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, branding, and design, is the property of Greenstone Wellness Co. unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Losses caused by website downtime or technical issues
