SECTION 1 — 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving it.To qualify for a satisfaction-return:
The item must be returned to us at the customer’s expense
Whenever possible, items should be returned with original packaging
Once we receive the returned product, we will offer:
A refund of the product price, or
A replacement product of equal value (customer pays replacement shipping)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
SECTION 2 — DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS (15 DAYS)
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
To process a damaged/defective claim, we require:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photo evidence of the damage or defect
Approved claims will receive either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund
We cover shipping costs for defective or damaged replacement items.
SECTION 3 — NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
Allergic reactions to ingredients (please check ingredient lists before purchase)
Products returned after the 30-day satisfaction window
Items that are used, heavily altered, contaminated, or returned without required components
Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier (see Shipping Policy)

SECTION 5 — PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.
